Anthony’s role at Quantum Strategies is to develop, support and implement various employee training programs. This includes evaluating existing training requirements and existing materials, ensuring the information will meet the learning objective.

He works closely with internal and external resources to develop new training material. He works with the production’s teams to create the material to be delivered in multiple formats. He also works with the career succession team in developing long-term programs to help guide employees in their career.

Prior to Quantum Strategies, Anthony worked for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia as a teacher.

Anthony graduated from Immaculata University with a degree Education. While studying at Immaculata, Anthony studied abroad in Twickenham, England and currently resides in Thorndale, Pennsylvania.
