Jerry’s role at Quantum is to understand, organize, update, and optimize Quantum’s SOPs and operations. He continuously works with staff to identify opportunities to increase efficiencies. He tests procedures and systems with Quantum team members to quantify the contributions each member is adding to Quantum’s overall operations.

Prior to joining Quantum Strategies, Jerry worked in various positions of project, process, and product engineering in the semiconductor and medical device industries. Jerry is versed in project management, process optimization, and lean production. He was worked with multi-cultural, worldwide project teams and hopes to bring his technical background knowledge to improve Quantum’s operations.

Jerry received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Drexel University and a Masters in Business from Lehigh University and has taken post-graduate classes in project management from Penn State University Great Valley continued professional studies.
