As Senior Human Resource Associate, Karen specializes in the onboarding process. Her role includes leading Quantum’s onboarding team, troubleshooting onboarding and compliance issues for clients, and assisting new hires through the onboarding process. Karen creates a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding by offering new hires clear communication and quality service. Karen also oversees Quantum’s Human Resource intern management training program, creating training plans and monitoring progress. Karen brings a positive attitude to all of our clients and their employees and finds great satisfaction in helping others get hired.

Prior to joining Quantum Strategies, Karen spent seven years in a similar role at Metal Strategies in West Chester. She supported the managing director, overseeing the day to day operation of the office, while maintaining databases for economic reporting in the steel and metal industry.

Karen is a graduate of Jacksonville University with a B.A. in Communications. Karen has lived in the Chadds Ford area for over 10 years with her husband and three children. She volunteers her time at a local high school working with stage lighting and design. On the weekends you can find her at various sporting events for her son.
