As a Senior Human Resources Associate, Shannon is the point of contact for Quantum’s benefits enrollment platform. This includes compiling and coordinating efforts between different departments. She provides clients with a positive experience and helps build strong and productive relationships.

Prior to working at Quantum Strategies, Shannon has vast experience working in accounting, payroll, and benefits. She resides in Perkasie, PA with her husband and three kids. In her spare time, she loves to help with school activities and other nonprofit groups. She is currently a Girl Scout Leader for her twin girls troop. Being a role model to today’s youth, especially young girls, is very important to her.
