Sophia has spent four years in Quantum Strategies Management Training Program, where she gained experience in various HR practice groups. Her primary role is in Talent Acquisition, where she works closely with the Human Resources team to source quality candidates for our respective clients.

Sophia also has managed full-cycle recruiting for external clients, including executive searches. She also works as a Generalist on the Quantum HR team, supporting internal team members.

Sophia graduated from West Chester University with a bachelor’s degree in communications and is currently pursuing her master’s in organizational psychology. In her free time, Sophia enjoys teaching dance classes, traveling, hiking, and yoga.
