Syrome’s role at Quantum Strategies is to lead the development of training materials for our behavioral health clients. He is responsible for the assessment and identification of our clients’ training and development needs, primarily at the managerial level and for the effective coordination of training and development programs for our client. He actively investigates, creatively designs, and implements effective methods for enhancing performance, and recognizing outstanding performance.

Syrome worked in the behavioral health field since 1998 with previous experience at Terry Children’s Psychiatric Center and Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health prior to joining Quantum Strategies team.

Syrome is married to his wife Melissa and resides in Wilmington, DE.
