As Managing Partner and Chief Strategist, Mr. Rizzo is able to call upon his unique experience and expertise across multiple disciplines, providing clients with layers of strategic insight. Further, with his ability and experience in understanding complex situations, Mr. Rizzo develops and tailors’ creative solutions to meet client’s unique needs. By capitalizing on the talent within our practice groups, as well as insight from our client’s advisors, we can ensure that Quantum’s strategies are implemented, and our client’s objectives are met.

Mr. Rizzo created and developed the maximum accountability leadership framework, built on decades of real-world experience across the U.S. Marine Corps, Wharton School of Business, competitive athletics, and executive leadership. He develops processes to improve organizations effectiveness by transforming its structural processes through data analysis, employee engagement, and change management. He is the author of two books, Maximum Accountability and Organizational Transformation.

Prior to founding Quantum Strategies, Mr. Rizzo held various senior positions at SEI Investments, Russell Investment Group, DuPont Capital Management, Pitcarin Trust Company, and Davidson Capital Management. Mr. Rizzo is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Rizzo is also a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.

Mr. Rizzo is an active member of various nonprofit organizations, including: The Marine Corp League, Colon Cancer Awareness, and the First State Police Foundation. He also serves as Athletic Director for St. Cornelius Parish and is the founder and past President of the Brandywine Valley Baseball Organization. Currently, Mr. Rizzo is a member of the Delaware Veterans Post #1 and the Concord Country Club. He resides in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania with his wife, Barbara, and their 6 children.
