As Chief Strategist, Mr. Rizzo is able to call upon his unique experience and expertise across multiple disciplines, providing clients with layers of strategic insight. Further, with his ability and experience in understanding complex situations, Mr. Rizzo develops and tailors’ creative solutions to meet client’s unique needs. By capitalizing on the talent within our practice groups, as well as insight from our client’s advisors, we can ensure that Quantum’s strategies are implemented, and our client’s objectives are met.

In addition to managing the strategic vision for Quantum, Mr. Rizzo also leads the Investment Department; establishing investment guidelines that are customized to meet the requests of our clients. Quantum’s multi-dimensional approach to portfolio construction combines different asset classes, geographical regions, and investment styles, and portfolios in line with investors’ goals and risk tolerance.

At Quantum, we understand the importance of listening and making changes designed to keep your plan on track. We seek out the best investment strategies for you, whether they are internal to Quantum or exist elsewhere. Prior to founding Quantum Strategies, Mr. Rizzo held various senior positions at SEI Investments, Russell Investment Group, DuPont Capital Management, Pitcarin Trust Company, and Davidson Capital Management. Mr. Rizzo is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Rizzo is also a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.

Mr. Rizzo is an active member of various nonprofit organizations, including: The Marine Corp League, Colon Cancer Awareness, and the First State Police Foundation. He also serves as Athletic Director for St. Cornelius Parish and is the founder and past President of the Brandywine Valley Baseball Organization.

Currently, Mr. Rizzo is a member of the Delaware Veterans Post #1 and the Concord Country Club. He resides in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania with his wife, Barbara, and their 6 children.
