We identified a recurring obstacle with our clients, irrespective of location and industry. The challenge was staying compliant with government regulations pertaining to having employees.

We uncovered a serious issue of implementation slippage. Clients typically hired multiple vendors who were operating in silos, providing under-staffed HR Departments with direction. This also led to the need for investment management and employer-sponsored retirement plans.

Multiple vendors left the organization vulnerable to unnecessary liability. Compounding the problem was that most organizations’ systems were not fully integrated, and there was too much reliance on manual input, resulting in human error.

To accommodate the needs of our clients, we currently have over 40 professionals who provide services ranging from HR Consulting to HR Transformation.

As we continued to work closely with our clients, it became clear that we needed to offer additional services such as managing payroll, implementing robust wellness programs, and strategic human capital management.

Quantum Integration Services (QIS) provides our clients with the ability to integrate all their legacy software across the entire enterprise, further reducing the cost structure and increasing profitability and efficiency. This technology includes 3 AI interfaces to self learn the API which results in reduced cost and makes integration more efficient.

Identifying a need for specialty enhancements to existing HRIS systems. After an exhaustive search, we could not find an optimal solution to complement an existing HRIS system. For these clients, we developed a customized solution that integrates with their existing ecosystem.
